Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in land use planning or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients, engineers, and architects on policy objectives.
• Develop site plans and comprehensive plans per Florida statutes.
• Lead project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling.
• Mentor staff and develop junior team members.
• Present to municipal officials and review planning applications.
