Capital One is seeking a Principal Payment Product Readiness Manager responsible for driving product adoption through effective Go-to-Market strategies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to cater solutions to the evolving payments ecosystem.
Applicants should possess at least 5 years of related experience and a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position offers a salary range of $138,100 - $157,700, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
The Principal Payment Product Readiness Manager is responsible for creating Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to support product adoption for consumer and commercial issuing solutions. This individual will apply the Go-to-Market (GTM) framework and work across multiple stakeholder groups to create solutions that best support the needs of the ever-changing payments ecosystem. Principal Payment Product Readiness Manager’s work will support a variety of internal and external clients, including client-facing teams, issuers, merchants, acquirers, digital enablers and payment providers in a global environment.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
