Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

Principal Partner Performance & Operations Analyst Reports to: Senior Director Strategy, Planning and Programs Location: Boston, MA – hybrid. At PTC, our global partner ecosystem is a critical driver of growth, scale, and customer success. As we continue to evolve our Partner organization, we are seeking a highly analytical, business‑minded operations professional to strengthen how we manage key programs, evaluate performance, and execute strategic priorities. The Principal Partner Performance & Operations Analyst will serve as the primary Strategy and Operations partner to PTC’s Partner Programs & Policy and Technology Partnerships organizations. The role combines business analysis, operational process ownership, program execution, stakeholder leadership, and data‑driven decision support. This individual will work directly with the data and operational processes supporting these organizations. They will develop analyses, reporting, models, and recurring insights that help leaders assess performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. The role will also serve as a key business counterpart to the teams responsible for Partner data, reporting, systems, and analytics. This individual will help define business requirements, clarify metrics, improve reporting outputs, and use data to advance growth initiatives across Partner Programs, Policy, and Technology Partnerships. They will also contribute to shaping the broader Partner data strategy and environment. Beyond analytics and operations, this individual will bring together stakeholders with different perspectives and priorities around shared objectives. They will create clarity across complex initiatives, help leaders evaluate trade‑offs, establish practical paths forward, and drive coordinated execution toward both immediate outcomes and longer‑term improvements.

Partner Programs & Policy

Serve as the primary Strategy and Operations partner to the Partner Programs & Policy leadership team. Support the management, measurement, and continued evolution of PTC’s portfolio of partner programs and policies, including performance frameworks, incentives, eligibility requirements, benefits, tiering, and related governance. Own and enhance the operational processes that support recurring program activities, including performance calculations, qualification assessments, data validation, exception management, stakeholder reviews, and partner communications. Develop analyses, models, reporting, and decision materials that help leaders evaluate program performance, understand business impact, and make informed program and policy decisions. Help define the metrics, business rules, calculation methodologies, and reporting requirements needed to effectively manage partner programs. Work closely with Partner data, systems, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that program‑related outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements. Translate complex program and policy questions into clear options, trade‑offs, and recommendations. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale program processes while balancing immediate business needs with longer‑term objectives.

Technology Partnerships

Serve as the primary Strategy and Operations partner to the Technology Partnerships leadership team. Develop and maintain the analyses, reporting, scorecards, and business reviews needed to evaluate partner engagement, capabilities, execution, and business impact. Partner with leadership to define meaningful success measures and strengthen how the organization evaluates the performance and value of its technology partnerships. Use data and business analysis to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities across the technology partner portfolio. Support planning, prioritization, governance, and operational decision‑making across the Technology Partnerships organization. Work with Partner data, systems, and cross‑functional teams to define reporting needs and improve visibility into the business. Help clarify roles, ownership, processes, dependencies, and decision points across key initiatives. Introduce relevant analytical and operational best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and execution as the organization evolves.

Strategy, Operations & Business Performance

Provide broader Strategy and Operations support across priority initiatives within the Partner organization. Develop analyses, models, dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑ready materials that help leaders understand performance and make data‑driven decisions. Translate large or complex datasets into clear business narratives, implications, and recommended actions. Serve as a key counterpart to Partner data and analytics teams by defining business questions, shaping requirements, validating outputs, and helping ensure that reporting meets the needs of the organization. Partner across Finance, Sales, Systems, Operations, and Partner leadership to reconcile inputs, align on definitions, and improve the quality and usability of business information. Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives by clarifying objectives, identifying required analysis, establishing ownership, and organizing work around clear outcomes. Coordinate stakeholders with competing priorities and help translate fragmented inputs into aligned decisions and practical execution plans. Facilitate business reviews, working sessions, and leadership discussions that connect insights to decisions, actions, and accountable owners. Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements to how the organization plans, measures, communicates, and executes. Drive near‑term improvements while helping build more scalable processes, capabilities, and ways of working over time.
