As a Client Partner Executive, you possess a high selling aptitude and the ability to create new opportunities in our base of customers and new prospects. In this role you will work with the largest companies in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, ability to create executive and C-level relationships, successful track record of selling and implementing large-scale projects, a history of thought leadership on industry trends, and a strong understanding of potential technology partners. In addition, you should have a documented history of thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. We seek a clear point of view, expressed with an authoritative and distinctive voice. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is necessary.

Success in this role will require you to take on responsibility for everything from developing the initial account relationships to meeting revenue objectives and performance metrics. You will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile capabilities to win business.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement:
    • Build strong executive customer relationships and deliver high impact presentations with strong business objectives with KPIs to measure results.
    • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, identify custom and industry leading solutions and proposals, negotiate and close complex contracts while representing a trendsetter in the wireless mobility space.
    • Deliver technology that solves customer needs and enables digital transformation for assigned account.
    • Anticipate risks with customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of the problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans to improve the customer's overall experience.
    • Build trust and loyalty with the customer by providing up-to-date insights, challenging the customer when necessary, and introducing innovative ideas relevant to the customer's business strategy.
    • Engage decision makers and influencers in the accounts to map out relationships that will help improve the client’s business with appropriate offerings.
  2. Strategic Thinking:
    • Use industry knowledge to select T-Mobile's technology solutions that fit the business needs.
    • Drive account planning, construct forecasts, and input data into CRM.
    • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategy, business drivers, and growth plans.
    • Originate plans to offer targeted solutions that satisfy KPIs and align with industry needs.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership and present business plans to generate new opportunities.
    • Present business reviews to senior management on progress and roadblocks.
  3. Account Management:
    • Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and resolve issues with the help of internal teams.
    • Leverage resources to create opportunities and finalize deals.
    • Create opportunities within the account, manage processes, and record data in Salesforce.
    • Responsible for sales, revenue, margin, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  4. Competitive Knowledge:
    • Leverage industry experts and stay current with industry reports and platforms.
    • Attend industry events to keep informed on strategic pillars.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • 4-7 years Business Sales Experience in the Finance Vertical with Fortune 500 clients (Required)
  • 2-4 years leading technology project implementations in industry verticals (Required)
  • 4-7 years wireless experience (Required)

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $187,000 - $337,300, inclusive of incentives. Base Pay Range: $112,200 - $202,380. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
