Role Summary

As a Client Partner Executive, you will demonstrate high selling aptitude and the ability to create new opportunities within our existing customer base and new prospects. You will work with some of the largest companies in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, the ability to establish executive and C-level relationships, a successful track record of selling and implementing large-scale projects, thought leadership in industry trends, and a solid understanding of potential technology partners. You should think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, and be able to craft compelling value propositions. A clear, authoritative voice and a sense of ownership, drive, and resourcefulness are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement:
    • Build strong executive relationships and deliver impactful presentations aligned with business KPIs.
    • Develop creative sales approaches, identify leading solutions, negotiate, and close complex contracts, representing industry trends in wireless mobility.
    • Provide technology solutions that meet customer needs and enable digital transformation.
    • Anticipate and address risks, root causes of issues, and implement recovery plans to enhance customer experience.
    • Build trust and loyalty by providing insights, challenging customers, and introducing relevant innovative ideas.
    • Engage decision-makers and influencers to map targeted relationships that enhance the client’s business with appropriate offerings.
  2. Strategic Thinking:
    • Select suitable T-Mobile solutions based on industry knowledge.
    • Drive account planning, forecast accurately, and document in CRM.
    • Understand customer technology footprint, strategy, and growth plans.
    • Develop targeted solutions that meet KPIs and align with industry needs.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership and present business plans to generate new opportunities.
    • Present progress reports to senior management regarding expansion efforts.
  3. Account Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and lead relationship management efforts.
    • Leverage internal resources to create opportunities and close deals.
    • Create multiple opportunities within accounts, manage processes, and record in Salesforce.
    • Manage all sales activities, including bookings, revenue, margin, churn, and satisfaction.
  4. Competitive Knowledge:
    • Utilize industry experts and platforms like ZoomInfo and Boardroom Insider to stay informed.
    • Attend industry events to stay current with strategic pillars.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 4-7 years of business sales experience, especially in finance verticals with Fortune 500 clients.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading technology implementations.
  • 4-7 years of wireless experience.
  • Strong skills in account planning, relationship management, business acumen, product knowledge, sales growth, communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and T-Mobile tools.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Travel required. Salary range: $187,000 - $337,300 including incentives; base pay: $112,200 - $202,380. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more. For more info, visit www.t-mobilebenefits.com.
