Position Summary

As a Client Partner Executive, you will possess a strong selling aptitude and the ability to create new opportunities within our existing customer base and new prospects. You will work with some of the largest companies in the United States, building executive relationships, and managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, deliver impactful presentations, negotiate complex contracts, and demonstrate how T-Mobile's solutions meet customer needs.
  2. Strategic Thinking: Use industry knowledge to select appropriate technology solutions, drive account planning, and present business plans to generate new opportunities.
  3. Account Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and leverage internal resources to create opportunities and close deals.
  4. Competitive Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer priorities through various platforms and industry events.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of business sales experience, particularly within the finance vertical, and experience leading technology implementations.
  • Wireless experience (4-7 years).
  • Strong business planning, relationship management, and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Additional Details

Travel required; this is not a DOT-regulated position. Total target cash pay ranges from $187,000 to $337,300, with base pay from $112,200 to $202,380, depending on various factors.
