Job description

The Position

As a Principal Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant, you will act as a strategic catalyst for transformation across our global organization. Partnering directly with senior leaders and HR partners, you will look at the big picture—evaluating culture, strategy, leadership, and systems—to design and execute systemic change initiatives that elevate performance. Whether you are facilitating executive events, coaching senior leadership, or driving enterprise-wide change roadmaps, your expertise will shape the future of our culture, capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.

The Opportunity

  • Strategic Transformation Partnership: Proactively collaborate with executive leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to co-create and implement complex change roadmaps across business units and functions.
  • Systemic Consultation & Assessment: Conduct in-depth organizational assessments, diagnostics, and root-cause analyses to evaluate strategy, culture, structures, and processes, delivering actionable solutions that drive performance.
  • Leadership Coaching & Advisement: Provide tailored, individual consultation and coaching to leaders at all levels—as well as shadow consulting for HR partners—to guide them through transition and change management methodologies.
  • Action Planning & Results Measurement: Design clear, business-driven action plans that target growth opportunities and establish frameworks to continuously measure the impact and ROI of change interventions.
  • Program Delivery & Vendor Execution: Lead the execution of strategic interventions, change programs, and specialized training, including sourcing and managing external vendors when needed.
  • Large-Scale Change Implementation: Oversee the overall planning, communications, and execution of high-impact change management strategies across local, divisional, and global scales.
  • Enterprise & Global L&OD Strategy: Partner with Learning & OD teams to align business goals, expand internal capabilities, and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen overall business acumen and organizational health.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management strongly preferred.
  • Deep Industry Experience: 10+ years of proven consulting and organizational change experience across key domains including Change Strategy, Organization Design, Culture Transformation, and Leadership Development.
  • Complex Project Leadership: Track record of successfully building, leading, and executing complex, cross-functional, and global project roadmaps from conceptualization to final delivery.
  • Executive Influence & Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal and influence-without-authority skills, with a proven ability to coach senior executives, resolve conflicts, and facilitate high-stakes leadership events.
  • Analytical & Conceptual Agility: Strong quantitative and problem-solving orientation, paired with creative conceptual abilities to diagnose complex systemic issues and design practical, high-impact business solutions.
