Job summary

MKS Instruments in Andover, MA is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead IT solutions within Oracle EBS R12 for Order Management. You will liaise with business and IT teams, craft functional specs, and drive end-to-end deployment and integration with upstream/downstream systems.

You will leverage Oracle configuration expertise, guide cross-functional process improvements, and support global operations with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other 4-year IT-focused degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a senior/principal business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Customers, Order management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping execution and Receivables integration, in sales and service areas.
• Strong techno-functional experience in designing and supporting integration between Oracle EBS and external systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Career path showing growth and ability to handle complex initiatives.
• Very strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues into business language.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to elicit requirements and validate changes.
• Collaborate with global teams on design, development, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle EBS applications.
• Lead functional specifications and implementation for order management within Oracle EBS.
• Provide technical leadership for automating order management functions.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Order Management.
