Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Principal Network Security Administrator to lead the Zero Trust platform, DNS/IPAM, and Secure Vendor Remote Access initiatives. You will shape strategy, standards, and architecture for a global scale while maturing CASB, AI controls, and DLP capabilities.

You will own enterprise DNS security and IPAM, drive secure access, and mentor engineers. Excellent communication is essential to align security outcomes with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network security engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of IPAM, DNS/DHCP, and DNS security.
• Proven implementation of Zero Trust in production environments.
• Experience managing Secure Vendor Remote Access with proper controls.

Responsibilities

• Define overall security architecture and roadmap for Zero Trust, DNS Security/IPAM, and SVRA.
• Own DNS/IPAM platforms, setting reliability and security standards.
• Expand Zero Trust access across global scale in collaboration with leadership.
• Govern secure third-party access with least-privilege and auditability.
• Support CASB, Generative AI Control, and DLP rollout and policy coverage.
• Produce gap analyses and architectural recommendations.
