Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting in Los Angeles area is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead ERP success through NetSuite implementations and managed services excellence.

You will act as TAM for key accounts, manage 5+ consultants across regions, review contracts, design dashboards, and mentor the team while driving client satisfaction and SLAs.

This role emphasizes SME leadership and driving continuous improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations.
• NetSuite certifications preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and key contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests within SLAs; typically 3–6 projects or as needed.
• Review workload and redistribute resources as necessary.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, processes, backlogs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as primary lead/contact for assigned clients.
• Review contracts for terms; monitor time expended, billings, renewals, profitability.
• Lead and participate in initiatives to improve Managed Services maturity and growth.
• Train, mentor, and act as SME for the team on technical and functional skills.
• Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices for software and industry.
• Act as primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) for key accounts.
• Help manage teams across different geographic regions.
• Design dashboards to track KPIs and indicate proactive changes.
