Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. The role focuses on physics-based modeling, simulation, and accuracy analyses of the ICBM system with on-site requirements.

The position requires a STEM degree, 2–5 years of experience depending on level, and a US Secret clearance. Strong C++ and SAFe/Agile familiarity are preferred with on-site security lab work.

Qualifications

• Experience with physics-based mathematical modeling and simulation.
• Strong background in systems engineering and analytics.
• Ability to navigate security clearances and on-site lab work.

Responsibilities

• Support Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) accuracy modeling and simulation.
• Develop and validate accuracy error models using test data.
• Prepare Sentinel accuracy reports and present results to leadership.
