The Global Comms & Corporate Marketing team seeks a Principal Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging motion graphics for our global campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and motion design principles, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), with knowledge of 3D a plus. They should be able to take concepts from initial brief to final execution.

Salary range for U.S. locations (excluding PR): $107,200 - $160,800. This position is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The salary range applies across the U.S., excluding Puerto Rico and certain California locations, and may vary based on experience, education, market, and location. Benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability leave, dependent care, tuition assistance, and well-being programs.
