The Global Comms & Corporate Marketing team seeks a Principal Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging, visually stunning motion graphics for our global campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and motion design principles, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and knowledge of 3D is a plus. They should be able to take concepts from initial brief to final execution.
This is a remote role open to US locations

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range in the US (excluding PR): $107,200 - $160,800.
This role is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The salary range is applicable across the US, excluding Puerto Rico and certain California locations, and may vary based on experience, education, market, and location. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability leave, tuition assistance, well-being programs, and more.
Additional benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week include incentive plans, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, stock purchase plan, and others.
