Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in microelectronic packaging with a B.S. degree (13 years with M.S. or 10 years with Ph.D.).
• Experience in multi-layer packaging and PCB design, process development, and manufacturing.
• Technical leadership of cross-functional engineering teams and development programs; mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new microelectronic packaging processes to reduce size, cost, and cycle times.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with manufacturing to validate new designs.
• Define experiments, analyze materials, and drive new technologies into production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on advanced packaging methods.
• Support design reviews and ensure manufacturability of new packaging concepts.
