Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in microelectronic packaging with a B.S. degree; advanced degrees preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of multi-layer PCB and microelectronic packaging design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop new packaging processes to reduce size, cost, and cycle time.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electrical, and ECAD engineers.
• Coordinate prototype builds and vendor engagements for new packaging technologies.
• Support manufacturing with process improvements and issue resolution during production.
• Participate in tech seminars and industry groups to benchmark new packaging approaches.
