Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in microelectronic packaging with related degree
Experience with multi-layer packaging, PCB assembly, and reliability testing
Knowledge of advanced packaging technologies (TSV/TGV, FOWL, PoP, SiP, etc.)
DOE and SPC tools, failure analysis, and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

Lead development of new packaging processes and materials.
Guide cross-functional teams to move concepts from prototyping into production.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to validate and implement designs.
Drive cost reduction, smaller form factors, and faster build times.
Present findings at technical conferences and internal reviews.
