Broadcom is seeking a highly technical Principal Member of Technical Staff to design and deliver AI-powered cloud financial management capabilities. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering Leadership, AI Platform teams, and Cloud Operations to build enterprise-scale services.

The role blends software engineering with AI, cloud, and enterprise platforms, requiring passion for intelligent enterprise software and solving complex business problems using modern AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years developing enterprise SaaS applications.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and RAG.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevOps.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale cloud-native services supporting Unified Hybrid FinOps.
• Build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Develop intelligent services for Cloud cost optimization, Tokenomics, Capacity forecasting, Budget recommendations, Executive insights, Portfolio analytics, AI copilots.
• Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted software development.
• Develop APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI orchestration services.
• Mentor engineers on modern AI engineering practices and software architecture.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 143,800.00 To USD 230,000.00
