As Principal Mechanical Project Engineer, you are the architect of that success—defining mechanical systems, validating them through rigorous analysis, and guiding engineers and partners to deliver a reliable, manufacturable product.

Your Mission

• Architect, design, and refine advanced mechanical systems that balance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, holding scope, schedule, and budget to plan.
• Provide technical vision and resolve high-stakes engineering challenges with data-driven decisions.
• Run sophisticated simulations and tests to verify function and durability; drive design optimization.
• Authorize drawings, models, and prototypes to release; ensure alignment with ISO and ASME standards.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams and collaborate with clients and suppliers.
• Develop talent by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in techniques, reviews, and best practices.
• Advance continuous improvement and adopt emerging methods and tools that elevate engineering outcomes.

What It Takes

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven program leadership.
• Advanced command of CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with CAD/CAM integration.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and modern manufacturing techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
