Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical scope, schedule, and deliverables for the PA PRT.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage action items and records.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules and manage budgets/WBS.
• Coordinate with Process Engineering to qualify manufacturing.
• Guide hardware through build cycles to milestones.
• Apply SPC, DOE, and lean methods to improve yield and reliability.
• Participate in DFM/MFD reviews to resolve producibility issues.
• Author product definition artifacts within PRIME/eDPM systems.
• Lead technical reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Mentor team members and foster safety and rigor.
