Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead cross-functional teams on large-scale nuclear projects, including 3D modeling, design integration, and interface management. The role combines on-site and remote work, with expectations for global collaboration and regulatory interfacing.

The position is based in Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC, with 2–3 days per week on-site and potential other US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Nuclear.
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to work both remotely, from home office, and from customer site to support customer projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional engineering teams by contributing to technical scope execution, meeting schedule and financial goals including supporting the design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of large-scale nuclear projects.
• Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies
• Mentor engineers and lead plans for knowledge management and retention
