• Define cooling methodologies and mechanical frameworks from concept to production.
• Lead mechanical reliability assessments and root-cause analysis using FEA.
• Collaborate with Operations and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective production.
• Mentor engineers and drive a culture of technical excellence.
