Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s; or PhD without experience.
• Experience with precision mechanical systems, automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics.
• Strong 3D CAD modeling, GD&T, FEA, and mechanical system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex mechanical components and assemblies for wafer probing equipment.
• Design precision positioning stages, motion platforms, alignment mechanisms, and related subsystems.
• Collaborate with controls, electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers to integrate motion control and hardware solutions.
• Develop validation methodologies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for mechanical systems.
• Drive designs from concept through prototype, validation, and production release.
