Job summary

EY seeks a Technology Service Delivery Manager to lead mainframe solutions from design through delivery. Based in our US Service Delivery Center, you’ll drive architecture, governance, and modernization across complex enterprise initiatives, partnering with advisory professionals.

You will mentor technical leaders, set engineering standards, and communicate decisions to senior stakeholders while ensuring robust, secure mainframe environments for financial services clients.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or advanced degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Excellent mainframe skills in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and related tools.
• Experience delivering production releases into production environments.
• Strong data security and rigorous unit, functional and regression testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and roadmaps for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and documentation across engagements.
• Lead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, and manage risk.
• Influence senior stakeholders and mentor technical leaders.
• Translate requirements into robust mainframe solutions and ensure quality.
