Job summary

EY seeks a Technology Service Delivery Manager in the US to lead delivery of high-volume mainframe solutions for financial services clients. You’ll own end-to-end architecture, design governance, and drive modernization across enterprise-scale initiatives.

You’ll guide cross-team decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure code quality, security, testing, and documentation standards. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or advanced degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software development for business-critical, enterprise-wide applications.
• Excellent mainframe development skills in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, IBM Utilities, FileAID, Endevor, SQL, Debuggers, Schedulers, and IOMs.
• Ability to perform hands-on detailed analysis for maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting software releases into production environments.
• Strong data security skills and thorough testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design and technology roadmaps across complex initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, delivery governance, and documentation practices.
• Lead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, and manage technical risk.
• Influence senior stakeholders and mentor technical leaders.
• Apply code quality, security, testing, and documentation standards across teams.
