Job summary

A creative Landscape Architecture studio in Miami is seeking talented individuals to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have a BLA, BS, or MS in Landscape Architecture along with 3-10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include contributing to design excellence, participating in team activities, and preparing technical documentation. The position offers competitive benefits, including 100% paid medical and a 401K plan with full vesting on Day 1.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with FDOT is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the KEITH Team.
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Develop design sketches, sections, and other graphic materials.
• Research development regulations as they apply to projects.
• Prepare technical drawing submittals for all design phases.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with Adobe Suites

Strong graphics and understanding of the design process

3D modeling and experience with BIM/Revit

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

BLA, BS or MS in Landscape Architecture or a related field
