Job summary

TYG Landscape Architecture, based in Miami, is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join its collaborative team. The role involves leading projects from concept through construction documentation and administration, working with clients and consultants across South Florida and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience, a degree in Landscape Architecture, and strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional landscape architecture experience.
• Florida licensure preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino or related design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and coordinate design concepts, site plans, planting plans, details, and construction documents.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and other design professionals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior landscape architects and designers.
• Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

A growing design practice in Miami is looking to add an experienced Landscape Architect to its team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative environment working across a diverse range of landscape architecture and site design projects throughout South Florida and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have strong design and project management experience and be comfortable taking projects from concept through documentation and construction administration.

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through completion.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Florida licensure or the ability to obtain licensure is preferred.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
