Proven track record designing backend architectures spanning multiple teams.
Experience building and operating distributed, real-time content platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and delivery in highly complex, ambiguous spaces.
Deconstruct large architectures into independent components for multiple teams.
Build relationships with stakeholders to inform technical strategy and drive alignment.
Set engineering standards for robustness, scalability, and cost-effectiveness; promote AI-assisted tooling.
Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and manage escalations to reduce complexity risk.
