At KinderCare Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. Whether it’s KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share. And we want you to join us in shaping it—in neighborhoods, at work, and in schools nationwide.

  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor Solution Architects, fostering growth paths toward Enterprise Architecture roles and enabling effective collaboration.
  • Collaboration with C-Suite: Collaborate with senior leaders on critical initiatives across innovation, transformation, sales, marketing, and compliance. Translate sophisticated technical concepts into impactful business insights.

  • Business Transformation Expertise: Ability to inspire change through effective frameworks, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
  • Solid background in cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with enterprise modeling tools and the ability to leverage these tools to model the enterprise, make connections, and build highly-effective and influential narratives to drive strategic decision-making and address key concerns. A deep and intuitive understanding of the Enterprise Architecture Value Stream, Business Strategy to Capability Delivery, is required.
  • Expertise in Workday, Databricks, Boomi, and BI/Analytics platforms is a significant plus.
  • C-Suite Collaboration: Exceptional communication with a history of influencing senior leadership and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience mentoring Solution Architects and fostering growth into Enterprise Architecture.
