Saab Inc., Land Systems division is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Integration, Verification and Test (IV&T) Engineer with experience in weapons and other Department of Defense (DoD) systems engineering test, production support testing, and IV&T leadership. The results-oriented candidate should be capable of taking initiative, exhibiting technical knowledge and leadership, demonstrating hands-on complex “system of systems” problem solving, multi-tasking, and providing next generation, innovative solutions, as applicable to the IV&T discipline. The candidate will work closely with the project and program leadership, other engineering disciplines, engineering leadership and other functional teams across businesses and locations.
Travel is required, both domestic and international. Experience with DoD industry integration and verification engineering is a must. Currently the position is remote home office with travel; relocation will be required to Detroit, MI area within 2025, existing residency is a plus.
Compensation Range: $146,800-$190,800
The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
