Job summary

Onebrief is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own secure, end-to-end platforms across cloud-native and edge deployments. You will design, build, test, and operate production systems, partner with cross-functional teams on security and deployment practices, and drive hardening of the artifact pipeline for cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in production infrastructure, deep Kubernetes expertise, and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, along with

Qualifications

• 8+ years operating production infrastructure in DevOps/DevSecOps, Platform, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
• Deep production Kubernetes experience: operators, networking, storage, multi-cluster operations.
• Expertise with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and cross-provider designs.
• Strong application and infrastructure security fundamentals: identity, network segmentation, secrets management, CVE remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to build working solutions from scratch and integrate disparate apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy secure production systems across cloud-native and edge deployments.
• Embed with cross-functional teams and advise on infrastructure, security, and deployment best practices.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure outcomes for one or more critical programs or priority infrastructure initiatives.
• Harden the artifact pipeline so the same signed builds run in cloud, single-tenant high-side, and air-gapped deployments.
