Job summary

Onebrief is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud-native and edge deployments. You will design, develop, test, and deploy production systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams on secure deployment practices.

The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, experience with major cloud providers, and a strong security mindset. You will own end-to-end infrastructure outcomes for key programs, and you’ll help harden pipelines to

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure in DevOps/DevSecOps, Platform, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
• Full-stack engineering experience with production services in modern backend languages (Go, Python, Rust, TypeScript).
• Deep production Kubernetes experience: operators, networking, storage, multi-cluster operations at scale.
• Expertise with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and designing across providers.
• Strong security fundamentals: identity, network segmentation, secrets management, vulnerability classes, and sound judgment under ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to build solutions from scratch and integrate disparate applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, iterate, and deploy secure production systems across cloud-native and edge deployments.
• Embed with cross-functional teams and advise on infrastructure, security, and deployment best practices in production.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure outcomes for one or more critical programs or priority initiatives.
• Harden the artifact pipeline so same signed builds run in cloud, high-side, and air-gapped deployments.
