Job summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Security Analyst in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. The role involves security compliance, handling of classified materials, and developing procedures for subcontractors and access control.
The position requires a DoD Secret clearance or enrollment in continuous vetting, and offers a competitive benefits package and relocation assistance where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Masters with 3 years of related experience or 1 year with a PhD; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance or enrolled in the DoD continuous vetting program at time of application.
- Experience interpreting and applying security regulations, standards, and policies
- Experience supporting security incident investigations and administering or reviewing access to sensitive information, systems, or facilities
Responsibilities
- Support security compliance and execution of the national industrial security program for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
- Prepare manuals outlining regulations for subcontractors and establish access procedures
- Investigate security violations and prepare preventive action reports
