Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant to lead incident response engagements for global clients from a remote setting.

You will develop and apply advanced hunting techniques across large data sets, coordinate with legal counsel, and perform forensics on multiple platforms while communicating findings to executives and stakeholders. Applicants should have a strong incident response and forensic background, experience leading teams, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response investigations for organizations
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities and breaches and guiding remediation
• Strong background in computer forensics and incident response investigations
• Proficiency with network protocols and network log analysis
• Ability to understand static and dynamic malware analysis
• Capability to craft tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised environments
• Background in secure network architecture and engineering
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP incident response methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements
• Develop and apply new methods to hunt for attackers across large data sets
• Coordinate intrusion investigations with outside counsel
• Perform host and/or network forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Conduct basic malware analysis
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders
