Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with many years in immunology drug discovery.
• Experience leading discovery programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery-stage immunology programs and define strategy.
• Drive biological understanding of novel pathways and translate to opportunities.
• Design, execute, and interpret critical experiments; mentor scientists.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure robust project plans.
• Contribute to PK/PD, translational and biomarker strategies.
