This role focuses on designing scalable architectures, guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, and delivering low-latency, high‑throughput services across cloud-based data platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of software engineering experience, deep expertise in Identity Resolution, and proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience designing complex enterprise software systems.
• Proven experience as an Architect or senior technical leader.
• Deep experience with Identity Resolution, Entity Resolution, or similar systems.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Scala for distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Spark, SQL, and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for identity resolution platforms and services.
• Design systems for deterministic and probabilistic matching and entity resolution.
• Develop architectures for real-time and batch identity processing at scale.
• Define caching, partitioning, and data-access strategies for performance and latency.
• Lead engineering teams to implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive architectural governance across programs.
