UGI Utilities, Inc. seeks an HR Manager to oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires managing recruitment, handling grievances, and supporting safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and extensive HR experience (7-10 years), with knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining. Certification (PHR/SPHR) is preferred. UGI is an equal opportunity employer.
Provide Human Resources (HR) management and employee services in all major functional areas including employee/labor relations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and administration, grievance responses, union negotiations support, union avoidance, EEO/AA, training and development, performance counseling, compensation and benefits administration, Workers’ Compensation, recruiting and staffing, safety support, and wellness programs. Represent the company in any formal complaints such as unemployment compensation hearings, EEOC investigations, etc. Responsible for developing and monitoring respective HR budget and expenses for assigned area.
