Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent development, organizational design and development, and coaching. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to HR, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and trends.
  • Talent Development : Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Coaching : Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Support leadership development through targeted coaching and mentoring.
  • Employee Relations : Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Organizational Design and Development : Lead organizational design initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Change Management : Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and equitable workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, organizational design and development, and coaching.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
