Qualifications

• 15+ years of hardware engineering experience with multiple complete product development cycles.
• Senior technical leadership with architecture ownership for complex hardware products.
• Extensive experience in high-speed networking hardware (PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet).
• Hands-on EMI/EMC design and troubleshooting across products.
• Full lifecycle ownership from concept to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of advanced hardware products for high-speed networks.
• Own the full hardware lifecycle from concept to release and qualification testing.
• Define hardware architecture for mixed-signal systems with analog/digital interfaces.
• Provide technical leadership and set hardware design direction across projects.
• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers on design methods and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex hardware.
• Design for PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, and higher-speed networks, addressing signal integrity challenges.
• Lead EMI/EMC design activities and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee product qualification testing to ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure designs meet robustness, manufacturability, and power integrity goals.
• Champions high-quality engineering standards and technical decision-making.
