Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal, Supply Chain to manage strategic programs across Amazon’s entire supply chain. You will build strong partnerships with operations field leaders, identify impact of new initiatives, and deploy them onsite.

You will conduct strategic, quantitative analytics to lead the development and execution of programs, road maps, and metrics that enhance global infrastructure operations, procurement controls, and inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressive experience in PM/related occupation.

Responsabilités

• Manage strategic programs spanning Amazon’s supply chain.
• Build partnerships with operations leaders to implement initiatives onsite.
• Conduct strategic, data-driven analytics to develop and support program roadmaps and dashboards.
• Lead development of sourcing strategy and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Provide governance, guidelines, policies, and training to ensure data integrity and workflows.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure vendor performance and program impact.
• Collaborate with teams to improve sourcing strategies and inventory utilization.
• Present data-driven business reviews to senior management.
