Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Principal AI Engineer to own the technical outcome of a major AI value stream. You will work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape ambiguous problems into solutions, and build production AI applications from concept through deployment.

The role requires deep experience with GenAI apps using Python, React, AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, plus hands-on coding daily and mentoring engineers while setting engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with production GenAI or applied-AI systems ownership.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS, Python, React, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Ability to mentor engineers while remaining a hands-on contributor.
