Oracle Corporation seeks an exceptional Principal Applied Scientist to advance Generative AI and Data Analytics at enterprise scale. You will architect, build, and deploy high-quality AI models and Agents, collaborating with software engineers and product managers to deliver scalable solutions worldwide.

You will lead and mentor a team of scientists, publish impactful work, and stay at the forefront of AI/ML architectures and industry trends.

Qualifications

• PhD, or Master’s degree and 2+ years relevant experience in Computer Science (focused on LLM, Agent, Analytics) or related fields.
• Strong publication record, including as a lead author, in top-tier journals or AI/LLM/Analytics conferences.
• Extensive experience in NLP, LLM, VLM, Retrieval, Enrichment and Analytics.
• Proven track record of leading research and development projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Research and Development on Generative AI and Data Analytics, focusing on LLM architectures and evaluation.
• Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art LLM models and Agents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Identify opportunities for Generative AI and Data Analytics innovations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
