Job summary

BlackCube Labs seeks an AI Engineering Leader / GenAI Solutions Architect for a 06 Months Contract to drive GenAI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions. Onsite in Dallas, Bay Area, Chicago, NYC (NY/NJ), Washington DC/Virginia.

Lead architecture, integration across OpenAI/Azure/AWS services, and DevOps modernization. Candidates should have 6–10 years of relevant AI experience, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on delivery across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant AI engineering/architecture experience.
• Proven ability to lead GenAI and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Willingness to onsite work across multiple cities (Dallas, Bay Area, Chicago, NYC, DC/Virginia).

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of GenAI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
• Design RAG-based architectures using embeddings, vector stores, retrieval mechanisms, and contextual data.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and other AI services into enterprise applications.
• Drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation, leveraging GitHub Copilot for code generation, reviews, testing, and docs.
• Lead modernization to headless, microservices-based architectures.
• Design AI-powered search solutions, including semantic search, autocomplete, recommendations, geo-search.
• Provide enterprise-level solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Develop AI orchestration and integration services using .NET Core, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify practical AI use cases.
• Establish scalable data modeling, indexing, retrieval, and integration strategies.
• Support cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker/containerization, deployment and monitoring.
• Lead AI use cases: conversational AI, intelligent search, recommendations, content enrichment.
• Provide guidance for modernization and scalable digital platforms.
