Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• 3–5 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in back-end (Spring Boot) and/or front-end (Angular TypeScript).
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
• SQL and ORM tools (Hibernate).
• JavaScript and AngularJS familiarity.
• Design patterns: OO, functional, REST.
• Accessibility considerations and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering standards, best practices, and technical strategy across teams.
