Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• 3-5 years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Java/Spring and/or Angular TypeScript.
• Proficient in JavaScript and AngularJS; design patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL/ORM (Hibernate) and REST architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering standards, best practices, and technical strategy across teams and projects.
• Provide technical leadership across all phases of the software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
• Influence system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
