Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join team TKO, driving end-to-end development of processing-intensive systems with direct customer interaction and daily Scrum updates. You will leverage Jira to maintain transparent workflows and contribute to modernization efforts, including RAD and PULSE / ABACUS.

The role requires strong Java and front-end capabilities, Docker and Jira tooling, and a proven track record in customer-facing environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline with 20+ years of SWE experience.
Or High School Diploma/GED with 24+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading customer-facing demonstrations and daily Scrum reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex processing systems.
Lead live product demonstrations and communicate progress in daily Scrum updates.
Collaborate with customers, using Jira to manage software tickets and sprint tasks.
Contribute to modernization efforts involving RAD and ecosystem tools like PULSE / ABACUS.
