Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer (TS/SCI with CI poly) to lead the development of advanced geospatial and Motion GEOINT applications.

You will design and build scalable, high-performance software across the full stack, including interactive visualization and 3D rendering capabilities. The role requires a strong background in object-oriented design, distributed systems, and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI poly (or willingness to obtain a CI poly).
• 10+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Experience with geospatial applications, including Motion GEOINT data, concepts, and systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern development practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting geospatial and Motion GEOINT systems.
• Build scalable, high-performance software across front-end, back-end, and data layers.
• Develop interactive visualization and 3D rendering capabilities for GIS and simulation-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical features and enhancements.
• Contribute to system architecture, object-oriented design, and microservices-based solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed systems.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and configuration management.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments and technology stacks.
