Are you an FP&A expert ready to step into a high-impact role within a leading global manufacturer?

An internationally recognized manufacturing company is hiring a Principal Financial Analyst to support one of its core business units, with approximately $60M–$70M in annual revenue. This is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to site leadership and executive decision-makers, reporting to the local Controller.

What You’ll Do

• Drive core FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with leadership at the Plymouth site to deliver strategic financial insights
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities through in-depth financial analysis
• Collaborate on monthly and quarterly close cycles with accounting
• Build sophisticated financial models that drive long-term planning
• Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to senior leadership
• Provide additional support for accounting or finance projects during key periods

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• FP&A experience in manufacturing is required
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership through financial storytelling
• Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and business acumen
