The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Finance Manager. In this role your main responsibility would be the Machining, Cables, and Undersea Factory Center located in Andover MA, and Portsmouth, RI. In this role you’ll be leading a team of MFG Finance Analysts executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, you will prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
