Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst in Anchorage to drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting to the Finance Director, and to partner with department managers to enable informed decisions.

You will lead month-end close, prepare Monthly & Quarterly Business Review packs, monitor overheads, and push performance improvements using AI-enabled insights across global energy projects.

Strong IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of significant financial experience, mostly as a Financial Analyst.
• Expert accounting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, SmartView, FCC, Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and professional ethics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets; explain variances and trends.
• Support month-end close with financial analysis, journals and adjustments.
• Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Business Review report packs.
• Monitor overhead budgets; perform variance analysis and risk reviews.
• Drive process improvements using AI and data-driven insights.
