Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Principal Executive Recruitment Administrator to coordinate senior-level interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role requires managing complex executive schedules, partnering with recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders across functions.

The position is hybrid with Cleveland onsite three days a week, 40 hours per week, permanent, and includes a remuneration range of USD 59,200–85,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment coordination experience, especially at ED/MD/VP/C-suite levels.
  • Proven white-glove, high-touch support to senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Expertise in coordinating complex interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Discretion handling confidential executive searches.
  • Strong attention to detail with error-free coordination and communications.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives for efficient interviews.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Principal Executive Recruitment Administrator with a strong track record of coordinating and facilitating interview logistics for senior executive hiring. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex schedules, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering closely with executive recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage complex interview scheduling and recruitment coordination for executive-level hiring across the organization.
  • Provide exceptional white-glove service to senior leaders, executive candidates, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple business areas, including Technology, Operations, Infrastructure, ISG, and Corporate Functions.
  • Facilitate and manage high-volume calendar coordination involving executives with demanding schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner closely with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants, and senior business leaders to ensure efficient interview execution.
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts, anticipate challenges, and proactively identify solutions to maintain recruitment timelines.
  • Support executive search processes from initial interview stages through final candidate selection.
Skills & Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruitment coordination or recruitment administration experience, with a strong focus on Executive Director (ED), Managing Director (MD), VP, and C-suite level hiring.
  • Proven experience providing white-glove, high-touch support to senior executives, executive candidates, and leadership teams.
  • Expertise in managing complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive executive searches with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of delivering error-free coordination and communications.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across large, matrixed organizations with multiple business lines (e.g., Technology, Operations, Infrastructure, Corporate Functions).
  • Ability to partner effectively with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants, and senior leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to work with high-caliber executive candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook and calendar management, including coordinating multiple executive schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a financial services, banking, professional services, or large retail environment is highly preferred.
